Christmas sewing list completed, mostly.

Here are some of the things I sewed for Christmas gifts this year. The only thing on my list I didn't get around to making was the doll clothes. I did 2 tote bags, 4 pillows, 4 scarves, 4 pair of pj pants, 1 book, 1 apron, 2 shirts, 2 shopping bags and 1 chalkboard mat. I wanted to do a few more things, but I just ran out of time.

Did matching raglans for the twins.
Cowboy apron as a joke gift. It was well received with many laughs.
This tote bag turned out really cute. It was for my nephew and filled with crayons, coloring books and a chalkboard mat.
Scarf and pillow. :) Evidently perfect enough for a Christmas nap.
Matching flannes pj pants for the kiddos.

Growth Spurt...

Little Miss was in desperate need of some pants that didn't look like capri's after her latest growth spurt. I used a new pattern for these pants and skirt. Will definitely use again. This time I got smart and made them with plenty of growing room. She helped pick out the fabrics.

Pants out of one of my most favorite fabrics and shirt that I made her a couple months ago.
Corduroy skirt paired with shirt and legging that I made her a couple months ago.
Black shirt and corduroy pants.

I've been busy with many Christmas projects... Will hopefully finish most of them really soon.

Snooze....

Boring, but necessary sewing tonight. Flannel pj pants that aren't 4" too short like the ones she currently wears. :)

Just a cute little pic of my sweetie while I sit here and try to figure out all of my hoilday sewing projects. Can't wait to start (and finish) them!

Pink and White

I'm thinking of embroidering something on the shirt, but haven't decided what, yet.

Lindsey's First Pair of Blue Jeans...Ever!!

I made this shirt for her months ago. It was per her request...a red shirt with number buttons. The pants were made around the same time, but I left them with no elastic and no hem for way too long. I decided to finish them up today and realized that if I put a hem in the bottom, she wouldn't be wearing them for very long. So, I decided to sew some Hello Kitty ribbon at the bottom ♥.

Green Flowery Corduroy Skirt

Eventually going to make her a different shirt to wear with this...one that matches better. :) I sewed different buttons along the hemline. Can't really see them very well, but they make me happy. I love buttons!!

Striped pants...

Was really cold today, so I made some pants to go with her apple dress. :)

Elephant PJ's

It's huge on her! She's a 4T and I made a size 2. I didn't even add the ruffle to the bottom and chopped off a few inches...didn't do any good. I really wish US pattern companies would get their sizings right. I really like the pattern, but will have to put it away for a couple years... :(

Nothing too exciting...

Miss L needed some warm, comfy pants for winter. I found some sweatshirt fleece blankets on clearance and bought several for making clothes with. Was wonderful making these pants with the blankets...used the blanket hem for the bottom of the pants!! Quick and easy, but too big. I wanted them a little big, but these turned out to be a lot big! But, all is well because little Miss tells me that she likes them big...she's so sweet. I also made the pink top, but it's to match something else that I haven't finished, yet.

Apple Loveliness

Finished this one up for her this morning. I think it's rather cute!

I'm really hoping to get several things made up this month. :)

Heart PJ's

Had these pj pants made for a couple months. Just decided to quickly sew up the shirt tonight. I did get a bit lazy and just serged the arms instead of putting cuffs on them like I had planned. This thermal knit is so soft and sews up quite nicely...I'm glad I bought several yards!

Fresh out of the bath and ready for bed. :)

Princess in Pink

Playdress for my princess. She was in a really, really hyper mood while we were taking pics. :)
